End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement is between you ("User") and Gabriele Decandia ("Developer") regarding the use of the Outsyd mobile application.

1. User Generated Content (UGC) & Zero Tolerance Policy

Outsyd allows users to publish itineraries and comments ("Content"). By using the app, you agree to the following:

• No Objectionable Content: You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, hateful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Zero Tolerance: The Developer maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these terms immediately and without prior notice.
• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content via the "Report" button within the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

2. AI Disclaimer

The itineraries generated by Outsyd are created using Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of the locations suggested. Use the information at your own risk.

3. License Grant

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Developer is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the app.
